Every EU Scanner assessment is traceable to a public source. This page lists the material an assessed company, an adviser or an authority can consult directly.

Statutory text currently assessed

• Croatia — Companies Act (Zakon o trgovačkim društvima), Article 21. The disclosure duties for a company’s business documents and website: company name, registered seat, registration court and registration number, share capital and whether it is fully paid, management, and bank account details.

Registers and official data

• Sudreg — the Croatian court register, operated by the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, is the authoritative source for company identity, seat, registration number and management.
• Company websites — retrieved directly and unmodified. Evidence is stored with the retrieved page reference so a finding can be rechecked.

How to check a finding

• Read the statutory requirement and the register entry the finding cites.
• Open the affected page on the company’s own website.
• Compare the required particulars with what the page publishes.
• A correction can be implemented by the company itself, by its own provider, or through the optional Assessment & Remediation Pack. Purchase is never required.
