EU Scanner is a private technical compliance service. It is not an EU institution, national public authority, regulator or law firm.

Commercial separation

Payment is optional. A company may implement any correction independently or use another provider. Commercial status is not used to determine whether a technical finding exists.

Regulatory separation

Where a future regulatory workflow exists, its eligibility logic must be technically separated from payment, purchase and commercial do-not-contact data.
