EU Scanner — Statutory Website Review
EU Scanner

Methodology

EU Scanner separates legal-entity identification, website ownership verification and statutory assessment into distinct gates.

1. Authoritative company data

Each jurisdiction begins from a validated public registry or equivalent authoritative source. We retain only the company-level fields needed for the applicable rule pack and operational evidence.

2. Website ownership verification

A search result is not treated as an official website. Domain ownership must be supported by independent company-domain evidence and must not contradict the legal entity.

3. Versioned statutory rule packs

Rules are mapped to a specific law, article or paragraph and have explicit applicability, evidence standards and automation confidence.

4. Absence safety

“Not detected” is not automatically “missing”. Absence findings require sufficient crawl completeness and a second independent confirmation pass.

Rule packs are jurisdiction-specific. Assessment applies only where a validated statutory disclosure rule pack exists. The existence of this methodology does not imply universal legal coverage.
