EU Scanner is designed around data minimization. Public company data and public website content are processed only to the extent needed for domain verification, statutory assessment and case evidence.

Website content

Full website HTML is not retained as a permanent archive. Confirmed evidence is kept in structured, minimal form with expiry controls.

Company email data

Where an official company email is used to derive a corporate domain, the local part is discarded and the complete address is not retained for domain verification.

Private case access

Private case routes are intended to be unguessable, non-indexed and entitlement-gated when payment access is introduced.
